【摘要】：通過(guò)全面調(diào)查獲得的經(jīng)濟(jì)普查年度GDP數(shù)據(jù),為一般年份的GDP數(shù)據(jù)的核算提供研究基礎(chǔ)。國(guó)家不僅需要依照這些全面調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)提高未來(lái)年份GDP核算的準(zhǔn)確性,還要通過(guò)對(duì)過(guò)去年份GDP數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)整,使之更好地反映歷史的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)及其它國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的實(shí)際。從原有的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品平衡表體系過(guò)渡到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系之后,中國(guó)曾經(jīng)兩次以普查年度GDP數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)GDP歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。本文對(duì)這兩次調(diào)整的異同及其影響進(jìn)行了比較分析。
[Abstract]:The annual GDP data obtained from the comprehensive survey provide a research basis for the accounting of GDP data in general years. Countries need not only to improve the accuracy of GDP accounting in the future years according to these comprehensive survey data, but also to better reflect the historical economic growth and the reality of other national economic activities through the adjustment of GDP data in the past years. After the transition from the original material product balance table system to the national economic accounting system, China has adjusted the GDP historical data twice on the basis of the annual GDP data of the census. In this paper, the similarities and differences between the two adjustments and their effects are compared and analyzed.
