【摘要】：隨著我國對(duì)外開放步伐的加快,國際、國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)玉米價(jià)格的關(guān)聯(lián)度日益緊密。從過去十幾年國際、國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)玉米價(jià)格走勢(shì)來看,國際市場(chǎng)玉米價(jià)格波動(dòng)幅度更大,國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)玉米價(jià)格波動(dòng)幅度相對(duì)較小。通過對(duì)國際、國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)玉米價(jià)格的傳導(dǎo)分析,提出了進(jìn)一步改革玉米收儲(chǔ)政策、加強(qiáng)相關(guān)政策支持及引導(dǎo)力度、健全國際市場(chǎng)糧食價(jià)格預(yù)警機(jī)制等對(duì)策建議,以確保國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)玉米價(jià)格穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)我國玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's opening-up to the outside world, the price of corn in the domestic market is becoming more and more closely related. In the past ten years, the trend of corn price in the domestic market shows that the fluctuation of corn price in the international market is greater than that in the domestic market, while the fluctuation range of the corn price in the domestic market is relatively small. Based on the transmission analysis of corn prices in the international and domestic markets, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further reform the corn storage policy, strengthen the relevant policy support and guidance, and improve the early warning mechanism of grain prices in the international market, and so on. In order to ensure the stability of domestic market corn prices, promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's corn industry.
