【摘要】：利用文獻(xiàn)資料法、比較分析法對荷蘭農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口國際競爭力的成因與發(fā)展走向進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)政策、優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)展具有比較優(yōu)勢的產(chǎn)品,是荷蘭農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口競爭力形成的基礎(chǔ)。營造有利于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口的政策環(huán)境、實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的集約化和專業(yè)化、完善農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場流通體系建設(shè)等因素在提高與保持農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口競爭力中發(fā)揮著重要作用。近年來,為應(yīng)對國際市場競爭激烈與國際市場波動對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)影響較大等問題,荷蘭采取了發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)裝備與技術(shù)服務(wù)出口貿(mào)易、開拓新的出口市場等措施。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature and comparative analysis, this paper studies the causes and development trend of the international competitiveness of Dutch agricultural products export. The results show that the adjustment of agricultural policy, the optimization of agricultural production structure and the development of products with comparative advantages are the basis for the formation of export competitiveness of Dutch agricultural products. We will create a policy environment conducive to the export of agricultural products, achieve intensification and specialization in the production of agricultural products, and improve the mechanism of technological innovation in agriculture. Strengthening the market circulation system of agricultural products plays an important role in improving and maintaining the export competitiveness of agricultural products. In recent years, in order to deal with the fierce competition in the international market and the great influence of the fluctuation of the international market on the production of agricultural products, the Netherlands has taken measures such as developing the export trade of agricultural technology equipment and technical services, opening up new export markets, and so on.
