【摘要】：正 統(tǒng)計(jì)是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行狀況的“睛雨表”和“監(jiān)測儀”,對社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的導(dǎo)向作用。面對新的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求,統(tǒng)計(jì)方法制度滯后與新形勢需要的突出矛盾的問題,是當(dāng)前亟需解決的。 一、推進(jìn)以新國民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系為龍頭的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法制度改革 逐步制訂和建立面向未來和適應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的會(huì)計(jì)和核算制度,建立面向可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核算體系是統(tǒng)計(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是指能滿足當(dāng)代人的需求,又不損害后代人滿足其需求的發(fā)展模
[Abstract]:Positive statistics are "barometer" and "monitor" of social and economic operation, and play an important role in guiding the development of social economy.
