【摘要】：正2017年4月,生豬相繼出欄,豬肉供給充足,但目前市場豬肉需求量有減無增,所以豬肉價格下降;牛肉和羊肉與3月相比較價格較為穩(wěn)定,羊肉價格穩(wěn)定一方面是因為隨著天氣的回暖,火鍋逐漸淡出人們的視線,進(jìn)入淡季,需求量有所減少;但氣溫回升,出去踏青和夜市燒烤成為熱門活動之一。由于前期雞蛋價格屢創(chuàng)新低,養(yǎng)殖戶處于虧損狀態(tài),部分小型養(yǎng)殖戶退出市場,導(dǎo)致蛋雞存欄量下降,再加上清明節(jié)的到來對活禽需求有一定的提高,
[Abstract]:In April 2017, live pigs were listed one after another, pork supply was adequate, but the current market demand for pork did not increase, so the price of pork fell; Beef and mutton prices are relatively stable compared with March, on the one hand, the price of mutton is stable because with the warming of the weather, hot pot gradually fade out of people's sight, entering the off-season, the demand is reduced; But the temperature picked up, go out green and night market barbecue become one of the hot activities. As the price of eggs has repeatedly reached new lows in the early stage, farmers are in a state of loss, and some small farmers have withdrawn from the market, resulting in a decline in the number of laying hens, together with the arrival of Ching Ming Festival, which has increased the demand for live poultry to a certain extent.
