【摘要】：一味地追求GDP雖然促進了經(jīng)濟的增長,但伴隨的是嚴重的環(huán)境和生態(tài)問題。綠色GDP核算體系在關注經(jīng)濟增長的同時,把自然資源耗減和環(huán)境污染成本進行扣除,體現(xiàn)了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀念。但是,綠色GDP本身并不具有解決環(huán)境和生態(tài)問題的內(nèi)在機制。只有通過轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式,促進循環(huán)濟的發(fā)展,綠色GDP才能對社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生真實有效的作用。
[Abstract]:Pursuing GDP blindly promotes economic growth, but it is accompanied by serious environmental and ecological problems. The green GDP accounting system pays attention to the economic growth and deducts the cost of natural resource consumption and environmental pollution, which reflects the concept of sustainable development. However, green GDP itself does not have the inherent mechanism to solve the environmental and ecological problems. Only by changing the mode of economic development and promoting the development of circular economy, can green GDP have a real and effective effect on the development of social economy.
