【摘要】：正 黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)以來(lái),統(tǒng)計(jì)改革取得了顯著的成績(jī)。在統(tǒng)計(jì)方法制度方面,進(jìn)一步健全了統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系并建立了《中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系(試行方案)》,為進(jìn)一步深化統(tǒng)計(jì)方法制度的改革奠定了基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也為綜合利用統(tǒng)計(jì)資料開(kāi)展綜合分析研究開(kāi)辟了廣闊的道路。目前,需要在現(xiàn)有統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,研究統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系與我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系的綜合開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用,以推進(jìn)統(tǒng)計(jì)整體功能的全面發(fā)揮。本文就是以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿,結(jié)合國(guó)民
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, statistical reform has made remarkable achievements. In terms of the statistical method system, the statistical index system has been further improved and the "China National Economic Accounting system (trial Scheme)" has been established, which has laid the foundation for further deepening the reform of the statistical method system. At the same time, it also opens up a broad road for comprehensive analysis and research on comprehensive use of statistical data. At present, it is necessary to study the comprehensive development and application of the statistical index system and the national economic accounting system on the basis of the existing statistical practice, in order to promote the overall development of the overall function of statistics. This article is based on this as the starting point and destination, combined with the people.
