【摘要】：正數(shù)據(jù)真實是統(tǒng)計工作的核心價值,失去真實性的數(shù)據(jù)不僅沒有使用價值,而且還會產生負面的影響,影響真實數(shù)據(jù)的效用,本文就統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)失真產生的幾種原因進行分析,以求在實際工作中能針對性地進行處理,確保統(tǒng)計工作發(fā)揮應有的效能:一、政治性的數(shù)據(jù)失真由于國家利益的需要,按照國家高層權力機關的要求,必須在統(tǒng)計上進行數(shù)據(jù)的非客觀化處理,導致人為的數(shù)據(jù)失真,這是符合統(tǒng)計效能的,是必須按要求做到的,否則,統(tǒng)計就成了純粹的數(shù)字
[Abstract]:Positive data truthfulness is the core value of statistical work. The data that loses truthfulness not only has no use value, but also has a negative effect, which affects the utility of real data. This paper analyzes several reasons for the distortion of statistical data. In order to be able to deal with it in a targeted manner in practice and to ensure that the statistics exercise its due effectiveness: first, political data distortion as required by the national interests, in accordance with the requirements of the State's high-level organs of power, The non-objective processing of data must be carried out in statistics, resulting in artificial data distortion, which is in line with the statistical efficiency and must be done according to the requirements, otherwise, statistics will become a pure number.
