【摘要】：虛擬經(jīng)濟是人們通過虛擬資產(chǎn)市場交易賺取價差收益的經(jīng)濟活動,它以人們心理預期差異為主要交易定價方式,并不涉及實體經(jīng)濟的具體投入產(chǎn)出過程。從總體上講,虛擬經(jīng)濟交易具有零和博弈特征,并未創(chuàng)造出新增實物價值,而是對交易各方的貨幣收入再分配。文章認為,從國民核算角度看,虛擬經(jīng)濟為實體經(jīng)濟提供市場流動性、優(yōu)化資源配置和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構等都只是虛擬經(jīng)濟的間接產(chǎn)出,在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟中,虛擬經(jīng)濟的直接產(chǎn)出只是交易中所產(chǎn)生的稅收與市場交易中介機構所獲取的中介收入。盡管虛擬經(jīng)濟能夠直接創(chuàng)造GDP,但會造成GDP的虛增現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Virtual economy is a kind of economic activity in which people earn the profit of price difference through the transaction of virtual assets market. It takes the psychological difference of people as the main transaction pricing method and does not involve the concrete input and output process of the real economy. On the whole, the virtual economic transaction has the characteristics of zero-sum game, which does not create the new physical value, but redistributes the monetary income of the trading parties. From the point of view of national accounts, the virtual economy provides market liquidity for the real economy, optimizes the allocation of resources and the industrial structure, and so on, is only the indirect output of the virtual economy. The direct output of the fictitious economy is only the tax revenue generated in the transaction and the intermediary income obtained by the market transaction intermediary. Although the fictitious economy can create GDP, directly, it will cause the phenomenon of GDP.
