【摘要】：近年來,新經(jīng)濟在推動世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用且廣泛而深刻地影響著人類的生產(chǎn)和生活方式。但新經(jīng)濟在基本概念、統(tǒng)計調(diào)查方法、GDP核算原則和核算方法等方面給政府統(tǒng)計工作帶來挑戰(zhàn)。目前,經(jīng)濟合作與發(fā)展組織、歐盟統(tǒng)計局等國際組織,美國、法國等發(fā)達國家政府統(tǒng)計機構(gòu)已對新經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計做了一定研究與探索。國家統(tǒng)計局也已在新經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計方面開展工作,包括建立"三新"(新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài)、新型商業(yè)模式)經(jīng)濟專項統(tǒng)計制度,研究建立"三新"經(jīng)濟增加值核算方法,建立健全與新經(jīng)濟相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計分類標準,研究建立新經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計指標體系等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the new economy has played an important role in promoting the development of the world economy. However, the new economy brings challenges to the government's statistical work in terms of basic concepts, statistical survey methods, GDP accounting principles and accounting methods. At present, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, Eurostat and other international organizations, the United States, France and other developed countries government statistical agencies have done some research and exploration on new economic statistics. The National Bureau of Statistics has also carried out work in the area of new economic statistics, including the establishment of the "three new" (new industries, new business type, new business model) special economic statistics system, and the study of the establishment of the "three new" economic value-added accounting methods. Establish and perfect the statistical classification standards related to the new economy, study the establishment of the new economic statistical index system and so on.
