茶葉跨境電商發(fā)展對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易法統(tǒng)一的影響

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷成熟,電子商務(wù)活動(dòng)依靠著其以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為基礎(chǔ)的通訊手段,延伸到了國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,目前國(guó)內(nèi)的"阿里巴巴"以及國(guó)際上較為著名的"亞馬遜"都是建立在電子商務(wù)開(kāi)拓上的企業(yè),并且取得了難以想象的驚人成果。我國(guó)的茶葉依托跨境電商得到了空前發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,銷(xiāo)售額也連年攀升。但是跨境電商加強(qiáng)了全世界茶葉市場(chǎng)的貿(mào)易往來(lái),但也帶來(lái)一些新的摩擦,這些摩擦主要是由于各地區(qū)之間的國(guó)際貿(mào)易法不同造成的。因此,完善和統(tǒng)一國(guó)際貿(mào)易法勢(shì)在必行。茶葉的跨境電商發(fā)展,一定程度上促進(jìn)了國(guó)家貿(mào)易法的統(tǒng)一。本文通過(guò)對(duì)茶葉跨境電商目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)其促進(jìn)國(guó)際貿(mào)易法統(tǒng)一的影響進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous maturity of the Internet, e-commerce activities rely on its Internet-based means of communication, extending to various fields of international trade. At present, the domestic "Alibaba" and the international famous "Amazon" are established on the development of electronic commerce enterprises, and have achieved incredible results. The tea industry in our country has been developing rapidly, the market scale is expanding and the sales volume is rising year after year. But cross-border e-commerce has strengthened trade in the world's tea market, but has also created new frictions, largely due to regional differences in international trade law. Therefore, it is imperative to perfect and unify international trade law. The development of cross-border ecommerce of tea promotes the unification of national trade law to some extent. In this paper, the influence of tea cross-border e-commerce on promoting the unification of international trade law is analyzed.
