【摘要】：中國(guó)不僅是玉米消費(fèi)大國(guó),也是主要的玉米生產(chǎn)國(guó)。通過(guò)測(cè)算相對(duì)依賴(lài)系數(shù),分析得出中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)和烏克蘭的相對(duì)依賴(lài)系數(shù)較高。通過(guò)測(cè)算出口產(chǎn)出彈性得出,美國(guó)玉米可依賴(lài)度較低,過(guò)度依賴(lài)美國(guó)玉米,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,而烏克蘭可依賴(lài)度較高,玉米供給的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低。但是中國(guó)還需尋找其他玉米進(jìn)口來(lái)源地,分散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在中國(guó)玉米進(jìn)口的其他主要貿(mào)易伙伴中,墨西哥、印度、俄羅斯、緬甸、泰國(guó)的可依賴(lài)度較高,可以適度增加自上述國(guó)家的玉米進(jìn)口量。中國(guó)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步采取合理的貿(mào)易和投資政策;健全生產(chǎn)者補(bǔ)貼制度;加大對(duì)玉米生產(chǎn)和加工的投入,提高科技水平;加快推動(dòng)玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is not only a big corn consumer, but also a major corn producer. The relative dependence coefficient of China to the United States and Ukraine is higher by calculating the relative dependency coefficient. By measuring the elasticity of export output, it can be concluded that American corn is less dependable, over-dependent on American corn is risky, while Ukraine is more dependable, and the risk of corn supply is lower. But China also needs to look for other sources of corn imports to spread the risk. Among other major trading partners in China's corn imports, Mexico, India, Russia, Myanmar and Thailand are highly dependent and could moderately increase corn imports from those countries. China should further adopt reasonable trade and investment policies, perfect the system of producer subsidies, increase the investment in maize production and processing, raise the level of science and technology, and speed up the development of maize industrialization.
