【摘要】：正從大多數(shù)國(guó)家的統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)踐看,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)一直是以核算數(shù)據(jù)為統(tǒng)計(jì)信息的主流。經(jīng)濟(jì)核算在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)活動(dòng)中的地位如此顯著,以至于在全世界范圍內(nèi)已經(jīng)形成了一整套近乎完美無(wú)缺的核算體系——新SNA核算體系。從數(shù)量方面完整地反映國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),新SNA核算體系有著其他任何一種統(tǒng)計(jì)活動(dòng)無(wú)法企及的作用。事實(shí)上,在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,經(jīng)濟(jì)核算一直是被作為統(tǒng)計(jì)活動(dòng)的軸心看待的,其他一切統(tǒng)計(jì)活動(dòng)都圍繞著這一軸心運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:From the statistical practice of most countries, accounting data has been the mainstream of statistical information for a long time. The position of economic accounting in social and economic statistics is so remarkable that a whole set of near-perfect accounting system-the new SNA accounting system has been formed all over the world. From the aspect of quantity, the new SNA accounting system can not be reached by any other statistical activities. In fact, in the field of social and economic statistics, economic accounting has always been regarded as the axis of statistical activities, and all other statistical activities revolve around this axis.
