【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的三因素總量指數(shù)體系的建立是以質(zhì)報(bào)數(shù)基為原則，即計(jì)算質(zhì)量指標(biāo)指數(shù)時(shí)，把相應(yīng)的數(shù)量指標(biāo)作為同度量因素固定在報(bào)告期；計(jì)算數(shù)量指標(biāo)指數(shù)時(shí)，把相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)作為同度量因素固定在基期，其缺陷是不能反映真實(shí)情況，為此，應(yīng)把凡是同度量因素的指標(biāo)，，不論是質(zhì)量指標(biāo)還是數(shù)量指標(biāo)，都把它們固定在基期。新的方法有三點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢(shì)和創(chuàng)新：１）消除了同度量因素從基期到報(bào)告期的變動(dòng)對(duì)指數(shù)的影響；２）加強(qiáng)了指數(shù)體系的因素分析法深度；３）證明了三因素共變影響指數(shù)客觀存在。
[Abstract]:The traditional three-factor aggregate index system is based on the principle of qualitative reporting index, that is, when calculating the quality index, the corresponding quantitative index is fixed as the same measure factor in the reporting period, and the quantitative index is calculated. If the corresponding quality index is fixed in the base period as the same measure factor, its defect is that it can not reflect the real situation. Therefore, we should fix every index of the same measure factor, whether the quality index or the quantity index, in the base period. The new method has three advantages and innovations: 1) eliminating the influence of the change of the same measure factors from the base period to the reporting period on the index; 2) strengthening the depth of the factor analysis method of the index system; 3) proving the objective existence of the three factors covariant influence index.
