【摘要】：正 隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立和發(fā)展,為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的有效組織和管理,各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各行各業(yè)對(duì)信息的需求與日俱增,同時(shí)對(duì)信息的時(shí)效性和收集資料的節(jié)約性也提出了相應(yīng)的要求。抽樣調(diào)查作為獲取信息的手段和方式,既具有全面調(diào)查所不具備的快速、經(jīng)濟(jì)的特點(diǎn),又具有重點(diǎn)調(diào)查和典型調(diào)查所缺少的優(yōu)效作用。比率估計(jì)作為抽樣凋查的一種估計(jì)方法,可以與各種抽樣方式結(jié)合使用,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:能夠增加抽樣估計(jì)的有效性,使獲取的數(shù)據(jù)資料
[Abstract]:With the establishment and development of the socialist market economic system, in order to realize the effective organization and management of the economy and society, the leaders at all levels and various industries are in increasing demand for information. At the same time, the timeliness of information and the saving of data collection also put forward the corresponding requirements. As a means and way to obtain information, sample survey not only has the characteristics of speed and economy, but also has the advantages and disadvantages of key investigation and typical investigation. Ratio estimation, as an estimation method for sampling survey, can be used in combination with various sampling methods. The advantage of ratio estimation is that it can increase the validity of sampling estimation and make the obtained data more effective.
