【摘要】：正 全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì),是新世紀(jì)頭20年我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的基本內(nèi)容。全面深入準(zhǔn)確地理解和把握十六大報(bào)告所確定的全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)奮斗目標(biāo)和時(shí)代特征,選擇科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)指標(biāo)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,對(duì)于正確引導(dǎo)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展方向,爭(zhēng)取早日基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
