【摘要】:正豬肉和雞肉是我國的大宗肉類,產量和消費量位居國內外前列。生產方面,據(jù)聯(lián)合國糧食及農業(yè)組織(FAO)統(tǒng)計,我國豬肉產量2013年達到52 733 000 t,1978—2013年年均產量為30 614 637 t,位居世界第一;雞肉產量在2013年為12 785 400 t,比1978年(875 000 t)增長了13.61倍,年均產量6 233 166 t,
[Abstract]:Pork and chicken are the most important meat in China, and their production and consumption are among the highest at home and abroad. In terms of production, according to the (FAO) statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, China's pork production reached 52,733,000 tons in 2013 and reached 30,614,637 tons per year from 1978 to 2013, ranking first in the world, while chicken production was 12,785,400 tons in 2013, 13.61 times higher than in 1978 (875,000 tons).
