【摘要】：正豬肉和雞肉是我國的大宗肉類,產(chǎn)量和消費量位居國內(nèi)外前列。生產(chǎn)方面,據(jù)聯(lián)合國糧食及農(nóng)業(yè)組織(FAO)統(tǒng)計,我國豬肉產(chǎn)量2013年達到52 733 000 t,1978—2013年年均產(chǎn)量為30 614 637 t,位居世界第一;雞肉產(chǎn)量在2013年為12 785 400 t,比1978年(875 000 t)增長了13.61倍,年均產(chǎn)量6 233 166 t,
[Abstract]:Pork and chicken are the most important meat in China, and their production and consumption are among the highest at home and abroad. In terms of production, according to the (FAO) statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, China's pork production reached 52,733,000 tons in 2013 and reached 30,614,637 tons per year from 1978 to 2013, ranking first in the world, while chicken production was 12,785,400 tons in 2013, 13.61 times higher than in 1978 (875,000 tons).
