【摘要】：我國(guó)基于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算的體系的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)始應(yīng)用綠色國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系,綠色GDP的出現(xiàn)改善了原有的只是對(duì)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)的總值進(jìn)行計(jì)算的核算體系,其將可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念融入其中,對(duì)資源價(jià)值、環(huán)境價(jià)值進(jìn)行綜合考慮,其核算體系更重視的是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀。目前我國(guó)對(duì)綠色國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算的研究及構(gòu)建逐漸深入,本文對(duì)其在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算中發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探討,利用其綠色增長(zhǎng)值探討如何構(gòu)建適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的綠色國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the system of national economic accounting, China began to apply the green national economic accounting system. The emergence of green GDP has improved the original accounting system, which only calculates the total value of social production. It integrates the concept of sustainable development and synthetically considers the value of resources and environment. Its accounting system pays more attention to the implementation of the scientific development concept of social economy. At present, the research and construction of green national economic accounting in our country is gradually deepening, and the present situation of its development in our national economic accounting is discussed in this paper. This paper discusses how to construct a green national economic accounting system suitable for China's national conditions by using its green growth value.
