【摘要】：發(fā)酵豆粕利用微生物發(fā)酵過程去除豆粕中的抗?fàn)I養(yǎng)因子,提高豆粕的飼用價值,是具有極大需求潛力的大宗飼料原料,對于緩解我國優(yōu)質(zhì)蛋白飼料資源短缺具有重要作用和意義。調(diào)研總結(jié)我國發(fā)酵豆粕消費變化過程、消費區(qū)域、消費主體、應(yīng)用對象及使用階段等需求特征,闡述了發(fā)酵豆粕行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、盈利模式、市場集中度等供給特點,并對發(fā)酵豆粕的市場前景做出展望。
[Abstract]:Fermented soybean meal is a kind of bulk feed material with great demand for removing anti-nutrition factors from soybean meal by microbial fermentation process and improving the feeding value of soybean meal. It plays an important role and significance in alleviating the shortage of high quality protein feed resources in China. This paper summarizes the demand characteristics of fermented soybean meal consumption in China, such as the changing process of fermented soybean meal consumption, the consumption region, the main body of consumption, the object of application and the stage of use, and expounds the supply characteristics of the fermented soybean meal industry, such as the development process, the profit model, the market concentration, etc. The market prospect of fermented soybean meal was forecasted.
