【摘要】：湖南汽車工程職業(yè)學院率先在汽車營銷與服務專業(yè)中實行"現(xiàn)代學徒制"的新模式,與廣東有道汽車集團創(chuàng)辦"有道學徒制精英班",本文介紹了本項目建設對學校系部發(fā)展以及專業(yè)建設的必要性,對于教師、學生發(fā)展的必要性。同時介紹了整個項目實施的過程,包括從"有道汽車學徒制精英班"人才培養(yǎng)目標定位;"有道汽車學徒制精英班"選拔、組建以及后期管理;后期課程體系的開發(fā)、教學過程以及實習過程等。這種新的模式是學校與企業(yè)的合作形式新的突破,可以強化產(chǎn)教融合、工學結(jié)合,進一步提高汽車營銷與服務專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和水平,同時實現(xiàn)學校教育資源和社會教育資源的共享,進一步深化產(chǎn)教融合。
[Abstract]:Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College took the lead in implementing the new mode of "modern apprenticeship" in automobile marketing and service specialty. This paper introduces the necessity of the construction of this project to the development of the school department and specialty, the necessity of the development of teachers and students, and the establishment of "youdao Apprenticeship Elite Class" with Guangdong youdao Automobile Group. At the same time, the implementation process of the whole project is introduced, including the orientation of talent training goal from "youdao Automobile Apprenticeship Elite Class", the selection, establishment and later management of "youdao Automobile Apprenticeship Elite Class", the development of later course system, Teaching process and practice process etc. This new model is a new breakthrough in the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises. It can strengthen the integration of industry and education, combine work and study, and further improve the quality and level of training professionals in automobile marketing and service. At the same time, to realize the sharing of school education resources and social education resources, and further deepen the integration of industry and education.
