【摘要】：現(xiàn)有度量農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展水平的方法無法直接體現(xiàn)農(nóng)村金融對"農(nóng)戶""農(nóng)民"和"農(nóng)業(yè)"的金融支持情況,無法反映農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的質(zhì)量和可持續(xù)性,也沒有考慮不同經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段農(nóng)村金融的需求特征。基于農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的滲透度、方向性和可持續(xù)性特征,建立"三位一體""5指標(biāo)+1因子"的農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展水平復(fù)合度量體系,并對各地區(qū)農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行實證評價,結(jié)果表明:自2006年以來,中國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的總體水平有明顯提升,區(qū)域差異有縮小的趨勢;但農(nóng)村貸款的投放集中度在提高,獲得貸款的農(nóng)戶比例處于下降態(tài)勢,農(nóng)村金融"嫌貧愛富"的狀況加劇。應(yīng)兼顧農(nóng)村金融的可持續(xù)性和滲透度,積極推進(jìn)農(nóng)村金融與農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的有機(jī)融合。
[Abstract]:The existing methods of measuring the level of rural financial development can not directly reflect the financial support of rural finance to "farmers" and "agriculture", and can not reflect the quality and sustainability of rural financial development. Also did not consider different economic development stage rural finance demand characteristic. Based on the characteristics of penetration, directionality and sustainability of rural financial development, a compound measurement system of "trinity" and "5 index and 1 factor" is established, and the level of rural financial development in various regions is evaluated empirically. The results show that: since 2006, the overall level of rural financial development in China has obviously increased, and the regional differences have tended to shrink, but the concentration of rural loans is increasing, and the proportion of farmers receiving loans is in a declining trend. The condition that rural finance is "loathing for rich and poor" intensifies. We should pay attention to the sustainability and penetration of rural finance, actively promote the development of rural finance and rural industry as well as the organic integration of modern agriculture.
