【摘要】：運(yùn)用商品鏈方法對云南農(nóng)戶核桃銷售渠道進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,包括鑒定渠道的市場參與者并分析其行為、相互關(guān)系和特征,同時(shí)對核桃商品鏈的利潤情況進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,橢圓形的云南農(nóng)戶核桃銷售渠道結(jié)構(gòu),較好地保證了充分的市場競爭、信息的透明以及利潤的合理分配,核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)中受益最大的仍是種植農(nóng)戶,"中間商"在核桃產(chǎn)品的銷售渠道和市場中發(fā)揮著不可替代的關(guān)鍵作用。最后,對云南核桃市場體系以及相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、品牌、配套措施建設(shè),國內(nèi)外市場的開拓,提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Using the method of commodity chain, this paper makes an empirical study on the marketing channels of walnut in Yunnan, including identifying the market participants and analyzing their behavior, relationship and characteristics, and analyzing the profit of walnut commodity chain. The results show that the distribution channel structure of Yunnan farmers' walnut has a good guarantee of sufficient market competition, transparency of information and reasonable distribution of profits. The most benefit of walnut industry is still farmers, and the "middleman" plays an irreplaceable key role in the marketing channel and market of walnut products. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on Yunnan walnut market system, related industry standards, brands, supporting measures and the development of domestic and foreign markets.
