【摘要】：針對(duì)1999-2011年中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),利用Benford法則對(duì)中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)和分析。結(jié)果顯示中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)、納稅數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量相對(duì)較好,銷(xiāo)售和成本數(shù)據(jù)可能存在質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,有證據(jù)表明工業(yè)企業(yè)在銷(xiāo)售等數(shù)據(jù)上有調(diào)整的可能性,數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量需引起注意。同時(shí)對(duì)影響企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)因素進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明人均GDP、人均工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值和農(nóng)村人口較多的地區(qū)工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量可能較差,體現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和治理環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與公布的影響。本文建議經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較好區(qū)域需加大對(duì)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的管理,尤其應(yīng)關(guān)注企業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistic data of Chinese industrial enterprises and urban economy from 1999 to 2011, the financial data of Chinese industrial enterprises are tested and analyzed by using Benford rule. The results show that the tax data quality of Chinese industrial enterprises is relatively good, the sales and cost data may have quality problems, there is evidence that industrial enterprises have the possibility to adjust the sales data, and the data quality should be paid attention to. At the same time, the macroeconomic factors affecting the data quality of enterprises are analyzed. The results show that the data quality of industrial enterprises in regions with large rural population and per capita GDP, per capita industrial output value and rural population may be poor. It reflects the impact of economic environment and governance environment on data statistics and publication of enterprises. This paper suggests that the management of enterprise data statistics should be strengthened in the regions with better economic development, especially the related data such as the sales of enterprises.
