【摘要】：正 如果說(shuō)全面普查是首次第三產(chǎn)業(yè)普查的重點(diǎn),那么以分散性、靈活性、季節(jié)性為突出特點(diǎn)的城鄉(xiāng)個(gè)體戶抽樣調(diào)查,則是這次第三產(chǎn)業(yè)普查的難點(diǎn)。由于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)個(gè)體戶面廣、量大、情況復(fù)雜,如何采用最佳方法,高質(zhì)量地完成抽樣調(diào)查任務(wù)呢?我省第三產(chǎn)業(yè)普查辦的具體做法在本文中得到總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:If the overall census is the focus of the first census of the tertiary industry, then the sample survey of urban and rural self-employed households, which is characterized by dispersion, flexibility and seasonality, is the difficulty of this census of the tertiary industry. Because of the wide scope, large quantity and complex situation of the tertiary industry, how to use the best method to complete the sampling investigation task? The concrete method of our province Tertiary Industry General Survey Office is summarized in this paper.
