【摘要】：正 衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)可分為經(jīng)常性統(tǒng)計(jì)和一時(shí)性統(tǒng)計(jì)兩種。經(jīng)常性統(tǒng)計(jì)資料主要從日常醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作原始記錄(如病歷)專門報(bào)告卡(如出生卡、死亡報(bào)告卡)、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表(如疫情日報(bào)表、年報(bào)表)中搜集。一時(shí)性統(tǒng)計(jì)資料常指現(xiàn)場調(diào)查和實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究收集。醫(yī)務(wù)工作者可運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,結(jié)合專業(yè)知識(shí),從經(jīng)過整理的資料中,計(jì)算需要的指標(biāo),進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述與統(tǒng)計(jì)推斷,闡明事物發(fā)展的規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Positive health statistics can be divided into regular statistics and temporary statistics. Regular statistical data are mainly collected from the original records of daily medical and health work (such as medical records), special report cards (such as birth cards, death report cards) and statistical reports (such as epidemic situation reports, annual reports). Transient statistical data often refer to field investigation and laboratory research collection. Medical workers can use statistical analysis method, combining with professional knowledge, from the collated data, to calculate the needed indicators, statistical description and statistical inference, to clarify the law of the development of things.
