【摘要】：棉花產(chǎn)銷體系是美國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中最為高效的產(chǎn)銷體系之一。美國的棉花產(chǎn)銷體系在其形成和發(fā)展過程中,積累了大量具有啟示意義的經(jīng)驗。本文從改革變遷和主體構(gòu)成兩個方面,深入分析美國棉花產(chǎn)銷體系主要做法和可取經(jīng)驗,以期為中國棉花產(chǎn)銷體系改革提供借鑒。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),先進的生產(chǎn)、市場和儲運體系,以及政府和法律法規(guī)的有效支持是其發(fā)展成功的關(guān)鍵�；诿绹藁óa(chǎn)銷體系的成功經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合中國棉花產(chǎn)銷體系的特征,本文進一步提出了優(yōu)化中國棉花產(chǎn)銷體系的建議。
[Abstract]:Cotton production and marketing system is one of the most efficient production and marketing system of American agricultural products. In the process of its formation and development, American cotton production and marketing system has accumulated a lot of enlightening experience. In this paper, the main practice and experience of American cotton production and marketing system are deeply analyzed from two aspects of reform changes and main body composition, in order to provide reference for the reform of cotton production and marketing system in China. It is found that advanced production, market, storage and transportation systems, as well as the effective support of government and laws and regulations are the key to its success. Based on the successful experience of American cotton production and marketing system and the characteristics of cotton production and marketing system in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing cotton production and marketing system in China.
