【摘要】：正 近年來(lái),有關(guān)部門(mén)和有些省市進(jìn)行了關(guān)于小康具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究,提出的量化指標(biāo)不盡一致。我們認(rèn)為,小康水平是全國(guó)第二步戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),各地衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原則上應(yīng)當(dāng)統(tǒng)一。鑒于目前還沒(méi)有全國(guó)統(tǒng)一的小康標(biāo)準(zhǔn),我們對(duì)多種研究報(bào)告提出的主要指標(biāo)加以比較,確定采用國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局統(tǒng)計(jì)科學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the relevant departments and some provinces and cities have carried out research on the specific standards of well-off, and the quantitative indicators proposed are not consistent. We believe that the level of well-off society is the second strategic goal of the country, and the standards of measurement should be unified in principle. In view of the fact that there is no unified national standard of prosperity at present, we have compared the main indicators proposed in various research reports and decided to adopt statistical scientific research by the National Bureau of Statistics.
