【摘要】：正 1990年是我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)第一步戰(zhàn)略目標的發(fā)展最后一年,也是第二步戰(zhàn)略目標——實現(xiàn)小康水平的起點,這一年是承上啟下的關(guān)鍵年份。自從1991年4月公布了《十年綱要》,正式提出了到2000年要實現(xiàn)小康目標以來,社會各界對實現(xiàn)小康目標都十分關(guān)注。 在11月份本課題組召開的小康問題研討會上與會者對如何進行地區(qū)間小康目標實現(xiàn)情況
[Abstract]:The year 1990 is the last year of the development of the first strategic goal of China's modernization construction, and also the starting point of realizing the well-off level in the second step of the strategic goal. This year is a key year connecting with the preceding and the following. Since the publication of the "Ten years outline" in April 1991, and the formal proposal to achieve the goal of well-off society by the year 2000, all walks of life have paid great attention to the realization of the goal of well-off society. At the seminar on well-off society held by our group in November, participants discussed how to achieve the goal of between-off society among regions.
