【摘要】：正 近些年來,綜合國力的比較研究逐步成為國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者關(guān)心的熱點(diǎn)問題。一些知名的“國力”研究專家選取數(shù)目不等的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),構(gòu)造了種種不同的評估國力的指標(biāo)體系,紛紛推出測算綜合國力的計算公式和方法,采用定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,來評估世界主要國家的綜合國力。 實(shí)際資料表明,不同的研究目的,選擇評價指標(biāo)的側(cè)重點(diǎn)是不同的,而指標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)的差異,則會帶來測算結(jié)果的差異。同樣,采用不同的測算方法,即使用同一指標(biāo)體系,其測算結(jié)果也將會產(chǎn)生一定的差異。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the comparative study of comprehensive national strength has gradually become a hot issue concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad. A number of well-known "national strength" research experts selected a number of social and economic indicators, constructed various index systems to evaluate national strength, and one after another put forward formulas and methods for calculating comprehensive national strength. The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to evaluate the comprehensive national strength of major countries in the world. The actual data show that the emphasis of selecting evaluation index is different for different research purposes, and the difference of index structure will lead to the difference of measurement results. Similarly, using different measuring methods, even if using the same index system, there will be some differences in the calculation results.
