【摘要】：迄今為止 ,盡管我們在金融統(tǒng)計國際規(guī)范化方面作了很大努力 ,但在加入“WTO”等因素的客觀要求下 ,又面臨著國際規(guī)范化的改革 ,或者說是“金融統(tǒng)計入世”。本文在認真分析金融統(tǒng)計國際規(guī)范化客觀要求的基礎上 ,重點探討了國際規(guī)范化對提高金融統(tǒng)計水平、推動中國經(jīng)濟更加對外開放以及提高政府工作效率和決策水平的作用機制 ,進而有針對性地提出了與SNA和IMF有關框架保持一致 ,按GDDS標準加快統(tǒng)計改革等國際規(guī)范化途徑。
[Abstract]:Up to now, although we have made great efforts in international standardization of financial statistics, we are faced with the reform of international standardization under the objective requirements of China's entry into WTO, or "entry into WTO of financial statistics". Based on the analysis of the objective requirements of international standardization of financial statistics, this paper focuses on the significance of international standardization in improving the level of financial statistics. In order to promote China's economy to be more open to the outside world and to improve the working efficiency and decision-making level of the government, this paper puts forward some international standardized approaches such as keeping up with SNA and IMF framework and speeding up the statistical reform according to GDDS standard.
