【摘要】：正依法統(tǒng)計是保障統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)客觀真實的基礎。畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計工作是畜牧主管部門通過對基層畜牧生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、匯總和統(tǒng)計分析,用數(shù)據(jù)量化分析畜牧業(yè)總體運行趨勢,總結畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律,為各級政府制定畜牧行業(yè)扶持政策和指導生產(chǎn)提供科學可靠依據(jù)的一種手段,是事關整個畜牧、獸醫(yī)、飼料行業(yè)的基礎性工作,也是政府對社會信息統(tǒng)計工作的重要組成部分。做好畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計工作,既是客觀真實反映當?shù)匦竽翗I(yè)發(fā)展成果,也是加強宏觀調控、科學指導產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、貫徹落實各項政策的依據(jù)和基礎,更是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)的需要。我們認為,要抓好以下幾個方面才能做好畜牧生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計工作。
[Abstract]:Statistics in accordance with the law is the basis for ensuring the objective and true statistical data. The statistical work of animal husbandry production is that the department in charge of animal husbandry quantifies the general operating trend of animal husbandry and summarizes the law of animal husbandry development by collecting, collecting and analyzing the data of animal husbandry production at the grass-roots level. A means to provide scientific and reliable basis for governments at all levels to formulate supporting policies and guide production in animal husbandry industry is the basic work of the whole animal husbandry veterinary and feed industries and is also an important part of the social information statistics work of the government. To do well the statistics of animal husbandry production is not only an objective and true reflection of the development of local animal husbandry, but also a basis for strengthening macro-control, scientifically guiding the development of industry and carrying out various policies, as well as the need for the development of modern animal husbandry. We believe that we should do a good job in the following areas to do a good job in livestock production statistics.
