【摘要】：正"三新"統(tǒng)計(jì)是黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院部署的重大任務(wù),是認(rèn)識(shí)引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)、貫徹落實(shí)發(fā)展新理念的重要手段。在我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的統(tǒng)計(jì)體系中,雖然也包含一些有關(guān)"三新經(jīng)濟(jì)"的統(tǒng)計(jì),但內(nèi)容比較零散,不成體系,尤其是針對(duì)"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"等新興經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的統(tǒng)計(jì)內(nèi)容依然很少,難以全面、準(zhǔn)確地反映新經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體規(guī)模、運(yùn)行趨勢(shì)和結(jié)構(gòu)特征,最突出的就是"三新"統(tǒng)計(jì)制度方法領(lǐng)域等新經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查體系尚未建立,存在著基本單位名錄庫(kù)更新維護(hù)不及時(shí)、全面調(diào)查有遺漏、抽樣調(diào)查代表性不
[Abstract]:The statistics of "three new" is an important task of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and is an important means to understand and guide the new normal of economy and to carry out the new concept of development. Although some statistics on the "three new economies" are also included in the existing statistical system of our country, the contents are rather fragmented and not systematic. In particular, the statistical content for emerging economic forms such as the Internet is still few and difficult to be comprehensive. To accurately reflect the overall scale, running trend and structural characteristics of the new economy, the most outstanding is that the new economic statistical survey system, such as the field of "three new" statistical systems and methods, has not yet been established, and there is a lack of timely updating and maintenance of the basic unit directory database. There are omissions in the comprehensive survey, and the sample survey is not representative.
