【摘要】：排污許可證交易是近年來興起的全球性環(huán)境經(jīng)濟政策,其會計核算亟待規(guī)范。本文在分析排污許可證交易的理論依據(jù)、經(jīng)濟實質(zhì)、交易政策及程序的基礎上,初步探討了我國排污許可證交易的會計核算。
[Abstract]:Emission permit trading is a global environmental economic policy emerging in recent years, and its accounting needs to be standardized. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis, economic essence, trading policies and procedures of emission permit trading, this paper preliminarily discusses the accounting of emission permit trading in China.
