【摘要】：飼料價(jià)格、雛雞價(jià)格等肉雞生產(chǎn)成本價(jià)格以及活雞零售價(jià)格的價(jià)格傳遞影響著雞肉穩(wěn)定的供給和需求。筆者基于1994—2015年的月度價(jià)格數(shù)據(jù),采用向量自回歸模型(VAR)、誤差修正模型(ECM)、格蘭杰(Granger)因果關(guān)系、脈沖響應(yīng)以及方差分解等一系列計(jì)量方法剖析肉雞生產(chǎn)成本價(jià)格和零售價(jià)格的價(jià)格傳導(dǎo)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:肉雞生產(chǎn)成本價(jià)格對零售價(jià)格產(chǎn)生單向的影響,肉雛雞價(jià)格和飼料價(jià)格關(guān)聯(lián)性低,肉雛雞價(jià)格對活雞零售價(jià)格的正向影響較大,肉雞配合飼料價(jià)格是活雞零售價(jià)格的Granger原因,肉雞生產(chǎn)成本價(jià)格和零售價(jià)格之間能較迅速傳導(dǎo),肉雛雞價(jià)格對活雞價(jià)格的彼此貢獻(xiàn)最大,肉雞配合飼料價(jià)格對活雞價(jià)格的貢獻(xiàn)也最大。因此,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測雛雞價(jià)格、警惕飼料價(jià)格的傳遞影響可能是有效調(diào)控肉雞成本價(jià)格和零售價(jià)格的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The price of feed, the price of chicken and the price transfer of chicken's retail price affect the supply and demand of chicken stable. Based on the monthly price data of 1994 to 2015, the author uses the vector autoregressive model (VAR), error correction model (ECM), Grainger (Granger) causality, impulse response and variance decomposition A series of measurement methods are used to analyze the price transmission relationship between the cost price of broiler production and the retail price. The result shows that the cost price of broiler production has a one-way influence on the retail price, the price of chicken chick and feed price is low, the price of chicken chick has a positive effect on the retail price of chicken, and the price of chicken cooperating feed is the live chicken. The Granger cause of the retail price, the price of broiler production and the retail price can be carried out rapidly. The price of chicken chick contributes the most to the price of live chicken, and the price of chicken cooperated with chicken is the most important. Therefore, the real time monitoring of the price of chicks and the effect of feeding price on the feed price may be effective in regulating broilers. The effective way of the price and the retail price.
