【摘要】：研究豬肉價格波動的非對稱性特征對掌握豬肉價格波動規(guī)律,降低豬肉價格波動水平具有重要意義。筆者運用自回歸條件異方差(GARCH)族模型對2002年1月份—2016年6月份間黑龍江省豬肉價格波動的非對稱性特征進行分析。結果表明:黑龍江省豬肉價格存在非對稱性波動,且為"正的非對稱性"波動。具體表現(xiàn)為豬肉價格受到正向沖擊時的波動水平顯著大于其受到負向沖擊時的波動水平;價格非對稱性波動產生的主要原因是由于價格調控政策的時滯性和豬肉供給方不當?shù)墓┙o行為而導致的�；谏鲜鼋Y論提出相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the asymmetric characteristics of pork price fluctuation in order to grasp the rules of pork price fluctuation and reduce the level of pork price fluctuation. The asymmetric characteristics of pork price fluctuation in Heilongjiang Province from January 2002 to June 2016 were analyzed by using autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (GARCH) family model. The results showed that the price of pork in Heilongjiang Province fluctuated unsymmetrically and was "positive asymmetry". In particular, the fluctuation level of pork price under positive impact is significantly higher than that when pork price is under negative impact. The main causes of price asymmetry fluctuation are the delay of price control policy and the improper supply behavior of pork supply side. Based on the above conclusions, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
