【摘要】：油氣價格機制不完善,會導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟效率低下,制約國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展。由于我國油氣價格機制的建立時間較晚,市場化水平較低,缺乏系統(tǒng)的法律政策,國際油氣價格的震蕩勢必會影響我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。因此,要加快油氣市場基礎(chǔ)改革,強化油氣行業(yè)內(nèi)部改革,建立健全相關(guān)法律法規(guī)體系和稅收體系。
[Abstract]:The imperfect price mechanism of oil and gas will lead to economic inefficiency and restrict the rapid development of national economy. Due to the late establishment of oil and gas price mechanism in China, the low level of marketization and the lack of systematic legal policies, the fluctuation of international oil and gas prices will inevitably affect the economic development of our country. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the basic reform of oil and gas market, strengthen the internal reform of oil and gas industry, and establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations system and tax system.
