【摘要】：正|問題的提出"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"一詞最早出現(xiàn)在美國(guó)1996年12月《商業(yè)周刊》的一組文章中。自從該詞匯產(chǎn)生以來,學(xué)者們對(duì)新經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了一系列研究與探索,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、數(shù)字化經(jīng)濟(jì)、分享經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)概念相繼出現(xiàn),從不同角度對(duì)新經(jīng)濟(jì)予以解釋和刻畫。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是建立在知識(shí)的生產(chǎn)、分配和使用之上的經(jīng)濟(jì)。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)有以下幾個(gè)主要特征:一是研究開發(fā)是重要基礎(chǔ);二是信息與通信技術(shù)處于
[Abstract]:The term "new economy" first appeared in a group of articles in December 1996. Since the emergence of the term, scholars have carried out a series of research and exploration on the concept and connotation of the new economy, such as knowledge economy, digital economy, sharing economy and other related concepts.
