【摘要】：我國國民經(jīng)濟核算體系采用基本核算表與國民經(jīng)濟賬戶并行的結(jié)構(gòu)。在所體現(xiàn)的功能作用上,基本核算表和國民經(jīng)濟賬戶應(yīng)該建立一種互補關(guān)系,在協(xié)調(diào)一致的基礎(chǔ)上形成一個科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)挠袡C體系。收入分配及支出賬戶描述收入分配使用的全過程,其指標(biāo)設(shè)置應(yīng)該比資金流量表中實物交易部分的相關(guān)指標(biāo)設(shè)置更加詳細(xì)。同時可以通過設(shè)置收入分配及支出賬戶的子賬戶,擴展對實物社會轉(zhuǎn)移和住戶、政府部門實際最終消費指標(biāo)的核算。
[Abstract]:The system of national accounts of our country adopts the parallel structure of basic accounting table and national economic account. On the basis of the function, the basic accounting table and the national economic account should establish a complementary relationship and form a scientific and rigorous organic system on the basis of coordination and consistency. The income distribution and expenditure account describe the whole process of income distribution and use, and its index setting should be more detailed than the related index setting in the physical transaction part of the fund flow statement. At the same time, by setting up sub-accounts of income distribution and expenditure account, we can expand the accounting of the real social transfer and households, and the actual final consumption index of government departments.
