【摘要】：農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)作為城鄉(xiāng)公共服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)配套設(shè)施之一,是集公益性和市場(chǎng)性于一體的民生工程。在今后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期內(nèi)它仍然是城鄉(xiāng)居民"菜籃子"供應(yīng)的主要渠道和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)的重要場(chǎng)所。積極推進(jìn)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)的建設(shè)與改造提升,是有效保障"菜籃子"供應(yīng)、推動(dòng)本地農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、平抑農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格和維護(hù)食品安全的客觀要求,是切實(shí)保障民生的重要體現(xiàn)和切入口。文章在系統(tǒng)、深入分析濮陽(yáng)市當(dāng)前城鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)建設(shè)與管理中存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生原因基礎(chǔ)上,提出農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)建設(shè)和管理的對(duì)策和建議,以期對(duì)促進(jìn)城區(qū)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)建設(shè)與管理的提高、促進(jìn)城區(qū)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)的健康發(fā)展有所啟示。
[Abstract]:As one of the basic facilities of urban and rural public service, farmers' market is a livelihood project which integrates public welfare and market. It will still be the main supply channel and the important place for the consumption of agricultural products for urban and rural residents in a long period of time. Actively promoting the construction and upgrading of farmers' markets is an objective requirement for effectively ensuring the supply of "vegetable baskets," promoting the development of local agricultural products industry, stabilizing the prices of agricultural products, and maintaining food safety. It is an important embodiment and entry point of ensuring people's livelihood. On the basis of systematic, in-depth analysis of the existing problems and causes in the construction and management of the current rural market in Puyang, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and management of the farmers' market. In order to promote the construction and management of farmers' markets in urban areas, and promote the healthy development of farmers' markets in urban areas.
