【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的第一個(gè)十年已悄然離去,我們?cè)谧韵灿诰揞~的物質(zhì)財(cái)富積累和飛速發(fā)展的科學(xué)技術(shù)的同時(shí),決不能忽略這輝煌背后的代價(jià)——環(huán)境惡化與資源耗竭。為了使GDP成為衡量可持續(xù)發(fā)展的指標(biāo),綠色GDP便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本文圍繞綠色GDP的內(nèi)涵與外延,列舉了部分專家學(xué)者的觀點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行對(duì)比,最后提出筆者的一些看法。
[Abstract]:The first decade of the 21st century has left quietly. While we are pleased with the huge accumulation of material wealth and the rapid development of science and technology, we must not ignore the price behind this brilliance-environmental deterioration and depletion of resources. In order to make GDP a measure of sustainable development, green GDP came into being. This paper enumerates and compares the views of some experts and scholars around the connotation and extension of green GDP, and finally puts forward some views of the author.
