【摘要】：2015年6月,國家取消了執(zhí)行7年之久的油菜籽臨儲(chǔ)收購政策,油菜籽價(jià)格開始隨行就市,完全由市場(chǎng)決定。然而,2015年取消臨儲(chǔ)政策以后,國內(nèi)油菜籽價(jià)格出現(xiàn)大幅下跌,農(nóng)民種植收益下降,種植意愿不高,油菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展面臨一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此,本文在分析我國油菜籽市場(chǎng)短期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討建立油菜價(jià)格預(yù)警機(jī)制,通過分析油菜籽歷史價(jià)格數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置油菜籽價(jià)格波動(dòng)警度與警限,并建立警源分析模型;最后,對(duì)建立油菜籽價(jià)格預(yù)警機(jī)制給出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In June 2015, the country scrapped its seven-year rapeseed purchase policy and the price of rapeseed began to follow the market, which was entirely determined by the market. However, after the temporary storage policy was abolished in 2015, the domestic rapeseed price dropped sharply, the farmers' planting income decreased, the planting intention was not high, and the healthy development of rape industry was faced with certain risks. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the short-term risk of rapeseed market in China, this paper discusses the establishment of rapeseed price early warning mechanism, sets up the warning degree and warning limit of rapeseed price fluctuation by analyzing the historical price data of rapeseed, and establishes the alarm source analysis model. Finally, the establishment of rapeseed price early-warning mechanism to give the relevant policy recommendations.
