【摘要】：正班組是企業(yè)的細(xì)胞,是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的基本單位,是企業(yè)各項(xiàng)管理工作的基石。生產(chǎn)班組是企業(yè)完成各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)不可缺少的組成部分。因此,生產(chǎn)班組各項(xiàng)工作的好壞,管理水平的高低,都將直接影響企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。企業(yè)任何一個(gè)層次上的決策最終都要通過基層班組職工付出辛勤的勞動(dòng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)。無論是生產(chǎn)決策還是經(jīng)營(yíng)決策,都要與這個(gè)決策相對(duì)應(yīng)的物質(zhì)(產(chǎn)品)做為基礎(chǔ)的,而這種物質(zhì)(產(chǎn)品)都是由生產(chǎn)班組生產(chǎn)出來的。所以,班組的地位在任何時(shí)候都是不可忽視的。企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)班組是根據(jù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部勞動(dòng)分工與協(xié)作
