【摘要】：保障糧食產(chǎn)量安全和價格穩(wěn)定是永恒話題。當(dāng)前我國提出化肥、農(nóng)藥等農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料"零增長"行動方案來促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展。為更好實現(xiàn)糧食安全與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的長短期平衡,需考察農(nóng)資價格和糧食價格的關(guān)系與影響機(jī)制。本文在分析農(nóng)資價格和糧食價格走勢的基礎(chǔ)上,探究農(nóng)資價格對糧食價格的影響。結(jié)果表明:近年來,我國農(nóng)資價格的上漲幅度相對小于糧食價格的上漲幅度,并且農(nóng)資總體價格以及化學(xué)肥料、農(nóng)藥的價格變動是糧食價格變動的格蘭杰原因。這說明,在農(nóng)資需求仍然較大的現(xiàn)實情況下,農(nóng)資類價格對糧食價格的影響不可忽視。在深化農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革的過程中,應(yīng)逐步控制農(nóng)藥、化肥等農(nóng)資使用量,并從整體上完善農(nóng)資價格調(diào)控機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Ensuring the security of grain production and price stability is the eternal topic. At present, our country puts forward the "zero growth" action plan of chemical fertilizer, pesticide and other agricultural production materials to promote the green development of agriculture. In order to realize the long-term and short-term balance between food security and the transformation of agricultural production mode, it is necessary to investigate the relationship between the price of agricultural materials and the price of grain and its influence mechanism. On the basis of analyzing the trend of agricultural and grain prices, this paper probes into the influence of agricultural material prices on grain prices. The results show that in recent years, the price increase of agricultural materials in China is relatively smaller than that of grain prices, and the price of agricultural materials and chemical fertilizers and pesticides is the Granger reason for the price changes of grain. This shows that the effect of agricultural material price on grain price can not be ignored under the condition that the demand for agricultural material is still large. In the process of deepening the agricultural supply-side reform, we should gradually control the use of agricultural materials, such as pesticides and fertilizers, and improve the price regulation mechanism of agricultural materials as a whole.
