【摘要】：正 臨床藥物試驗是在臨床科研者的嚴密監(jiān)督下,用合乎人道的,經(jīng)濟的和周密的試驗設(shè)計,包括隨機、對照、重復(fù)或輔以配對、交叉等手段,用盡量少的病例得出合乎科學(xué)的評價。它無疑證明了統(tǒng)計學(xué)在臨床藥理學(xué)中的地位是至關(guān)重要的。
[Abstract]:Clinical drug trials are designed to be humane, economical and well-designed under the close supervision of clinical researchers, including random, controlled, repeated or supplemented by matching, crossover, etc.A scientific assessment can be obtained with as few cases as possible.It certainly proves the importance of statistics in clinical pharmacology.
