【摘要】：兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)較籃球等其他項目相比,它的發(fā)展速度呈現(xiàn)出一種快速特征,在帶來巨大的社會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時,也表現(xiàn)出許多市場發(fā)展過快所帶來的負(fù)面特征。因此,本研究的目的就是通過調(diào)查寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中所存在的問題及影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、社會體育學(xué)、體育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、組織行為學(xué)等理論知識探索如何有效的規(guī)范和促進(jìn)寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場發(fā)展的策略和手段,為寧波市兒童體育培訓(xùn)市場蓬勃發(fā)展以及促進(jìn)寧波市兒童體育參與和養(yǎng)成終身體育的意識做出一點微薄貢獻(xiàn)。本研究以文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法為研究方法,對寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了細(xì)致深入的分析,得出以下研究結(jié)果:(1)寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場民營資本較為活躍,經(jīng)營規(guī)模小,從業(yè)人員數(shù)量少,部分培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)管理機(jī)制不健全;在服務(wù)質(zhì)量和教師技術(shù)水平的宣傳不足;多元化教學(xué)設(shè)施使用率低;教師學(xué)歷水平較低以及專業(yè)技術(shù)水平不足。(2)就寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場學(xué)員以女生和小學(xué)生為主;學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)有較為正確的認(rèn)知;多數(shù)學(xué)員集中在周末或假期學(xué)習(xí),每次學(xué)習(xí)基本維持在2小時左右,學(xué)員居多在2年以內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)總年限上;學(xué)員的家庭收入情況都比較理想。(3)影響寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場發(fā)展的供給方因素主要有:經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、服務(wù)因素、培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部因素以及培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)環(huán)境因素;影響寧波市兒童拉丁舞培訓(xùn)市場發(fā)展的需求方因素主要有:學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度因素、外部宣傳因素和消費(fèi)者自身條件因素。
[Abstract]:Compared with other sports such as basketball, children's Latin dance training shows a rapid development speed, which brings great social and economic benefits, but also shows the negative characteristics brought by the rapid development of many markets.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the present situation of children's Latin dance training market in Ningbo, to find out the existing problems and influencing factors in the development of children's Latin dance training market in Ningbo, and to use management science on this basis.Social sports, sports economics, organizational behavior and other theoretical knowledge to explore how to effectively regulate and promote the development of children's Latin dance training market strategy and means,It makes a little contribution to the vigorous development of children's sports training market in Ningbo and the promotion of children's sports participation and awareness of lifelong sports in Ningbo.Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, the present situation of children's Latin dance training market in Ningbo is analyzed.The following research results are as follows: 1) Ningbo children Latin dance training market private capital is active, the scale of operation is small, the number of employees is small, the management mechanism of some training institutions is not perfect, the propaganda of service quality and teachers' technical level is insufficient;The utilization rate of diversified teaching facilities is low; the educational level of teachers is low and the level of professional technology is insufficient. 2) the students of Ningbo children Latin dance training market are mainly girls and pupils.Most of the students study on weekends or vacations, each study is maintained at about 2 hours, students are mostly in the total number of years of study less than 2 years.The main supply-side factors affecting the development of children's Latin dance training market in Ningbo are: economic factors, service factors, internal factors of training institutions and environmental factors of training institutions;The demand-side factors influencing the development of children's Latin dance training market in Ningbo are: learning attitude factors, external propaganda factors and consumers' own conditions.
