【摘要】：正在今年的兩會上,習(xí)近平總書記在參加江西省人大代表座談時強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,環(huán)境就是民生,青山就是美麗,藍(lán)天也是幸福。要著力推動生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù),像保護(hù)眼睛一樣保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,像對待生命一樣對待生態(tài)環(huán)境。"青山就是美麗,藍(lán)天也是幸福",此語展現(xiàn)的就是"藍(lán)天、綠地、青山、秀水",而這些皆是群眾心目中向往的美好生活。那么,如何給這樣的美好生活貼上"價格標(biāo)簽",使其體現(xiàn)出品質(zhì)生活的價值?由此筆者想起最近深圳市創(chuàng)新推出的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重大改革成果,即該市鹽田區(qū)發(fā)布的全國首個"城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)總值核算體系"。鹽田區(qū)推出"城市
