【摘要】：正 今年前三季度,各地區(qū)、各部門以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)全局,認真貫徹落實黨中央、國務(wù)院確定的各項方針政策,鞏固和發(fā)展宏觀調(diào)控成果,積極推進改革開放,國民經(jīng)濟沒有出現(xiàn)大的波動,呈現(xiàn)出平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展的良好態(tài)勢。初步核算,前三季度國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值106275億元,同比增長9.4%,增速與去年同期和今年上半年基本持平。其中,第一、二、三季度分別增長9.4%、9.5%和9.4%,呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定增長態(tài)勢。工、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)形勢較好。各項支農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策,有效地調(diào)動了農(nóng)民的生產(chǎn)積極性,農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟保持了較好的發(fā)展勢頭,全年糧食生產(chǎn)將再獲豐收;全國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值同
[Abstract]:In the first three quarters of this year, all regions and departments took the overall situation under the guidance of the concept of scientific development, conscientiously implemented the various principles and policies set by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, consolidated and developed the achievements of macro-control, and actively promoted reform and opening up.The national economy did not appear big fluctuation, present steady relatively fast development good situation.In the first three quarters, the gross domestic product (GDP) was 10.6275 trillion yuan, up 9.4 percent from the same period last year and the same period last year and the first half of this year.Among them, the first, second, and third quarter growth of 9.4% and 9.4% respectively, showing a steady growth trend.The situation of agricultural production is relatively good.Various policies to support agriculture and benefit agriculture have effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers in production, agriculture and the rural economy have maintained a good momentum of development, and grain production will be reaped throughout the year; the added value of industry above the national scale is the same as that of the whole country.
