【摘要】：正2013年,在黨中央、國務(wù)院和中共上海市委、上海市人民政府的堅強領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,全市認真貫徹落實黨的十八大精神,牢牢把握穩(wěn)中求進工作總基調(diào),緊緊圍繞創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級,全力推進穩(wěn)增長、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、促改革、惠民生各項重點工作,國民經(jīng)濟運行穩(wěn)中有進,各項社會事業(yè)全面進步,民生保障持續(xù)改善。
[Abstract]:In 2013, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the CPC Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and the Shanghai Municipal people's Government, the whole city conscientiously implemented the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, firmly grasped the general tone of seeking progress in a steady and steady manner, and tightly revolved around innovation-driven development.
