【摘要】：正 5月份宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)朝著好的方向發(fā)展,總體態(tài)勢處于基本正常的“黃綠燈”交界線上。當(dāng)月 工業(yè)生產(chǎn)增長速度有所回落,固定資產(chǎn)投資增勢繼續(xù)得到控制,國內(nèi)市場繁榮活躍,進(jìn)出 口保持快速增長,財政、金融形勢相對平穩(wěn)。但物價漲幅依然較高,企業(yè)間相互拖欠、經(jīng)濟(jì) 效益差等問題仍較嚴(yán)重。 一、當(dāng)前宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的主要特點(diǎn)是: 工業(yè)生產(chǎn)增長速度回落到基本正常狀態(tài)。5月份全國鄉(xiāng)及鄉(xiāng)以上工業(yè)完成工業(yè)增加值1586億元,比上年同月增長13.1％,增幅比上月回落2.3個百分點(diǎn),大致接近宏觀調(diào)控目標(biāo)。當(dāng)月工業(yè)生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)如下幾個特點(diǎn):一是國有經(jīng)濟(jì)增速略有回落,當(dāng)月國有及國有控股企業(yè)完成增加值921億元,比上年同月增長8.8％,比4月份回落1.9個百分點(diǎn),基本上回落到今年頭兩個月的水平。二是輕工業(yè)增長繼續(xù)快于重工業(yè),5月份輕工業(yè)完成增值668億元,增長17.1％;重工業(yè)完成增加值918億元,增長10.1％。三是重工業(yè)產(chǎn)銷率繼續(xù)高于輕工業(yè),由于一些行業(yè)限產(chǎn)壓庫,嚴(yán)格按合同組織生產(chǎn),當(dāng)月重工業(yè)產(chǎn)銷率95.75％,比輕工業(yè)高2.9個百分點(diǎn)。四是主要化工及支農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)繼續(xù)保持較好勢頭,硫酸、燒堿、乙烯、化肥、化學(xué)農(nóng)藥等增幅增多在10％以上,小型拖拉機(jī)增長31。
[Abstract]:In May, the macro economy continued to develop in a positive direction, and the overall situation was at the junction of the "yellow green light", which is basically normal. The growth rate of industrial production dropped somewhat that month, and the growth trend of fixed asset investment continued to be brought under control. The domestic market is booming and active, the port of entry and exit maintains a rapid growth, the financial and financial situation is relatively stable. However, price increases are still relatively high, enterprises are defaulting on each other, and economic benefits are poor. The main features of the current macroeconomic operation are as follows: the growth rate of industrial production has fallen back to a basic normal state. In the month of 5, the industrial added value of the country's rural and rural industries at and above the end of the year was 158.6 billion yuan, up 13.1percentage points over the same month of the previous year and 2.3 percentage points lower than last month. Industrial production in the month showed the following characteristics: first, the growth rate of the state-owned economy dropped slightly, and the added value of the state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises reached 92.1 billion yuan that month. Compared with the same month last year, light industry increased by 8.8 percent, down 1.9 percentage points from April, and basically fell back to the level of the first two months of this year. Second, light industry continued to grow faster than heavy industry in May and achieved a value increase of 66.8 billion yuan. The added value of heavy industry was 91.8 billion yuan, an increase of 10.1 yuan. Third, the production and sales rate of heavy industry continued to be higher than that of light industry. As some industries restricted production and pressure-storage, production was organized strictly according to contracts. The production and marketing rate of heavy industry in that month was 95.75 percent, 2.9 percentage points higher than that of light industry. Fourth, the production of major chemical and agricultural products continued to maintain a good momentum. The increase in sulfuric acid, caustic soda, ethylene, chemical fertilizer and chemical pesticides increased by more than 10 percent, while that of small tractors increased by 31 percent.
