【摘要】：正 從2003年至2004年第一季度的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)看,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)中的結(jié)構(gòu)失衡問題日益嚴(yán)重,結(jié)構(gòu)問題使總量問題更加突出,通脹的壓力明顯增大,同時(shí),又存在著通脹(結(jié)構(gòu)性膨脹)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥ǹs(結(jié)構(gòu)性過剩)的危險(xiǎn),宏觀調(diào)控處于一個(gè)相當(dāng)微妙的階段。
